We also recognize that open box products tend to have the highest number of problems (non-functional issues). In order to alleviate fears from potential customers, and to also encourage more people to grab these fantastic deals, we are ammending our current return policy on open box products. 1. All open box products will carry a minimum 14 day Stootsi warranty/guarantee. Some items may be 30 days. You can always see this clearly on the homepage. If an open-box product has a 14 day Stootsi warranty, this means that from the time you receive your product you have 14 days to notify us of your desire to return your item for a FULL refund.
2. You can return your open box item for ANY reason within 14 days for a full refund (sale price plus original shipping paid) (as long as you didn't break it yourself...yes, we believe in the honor system people).
3. We'll even pay for return shipping. This way, it's a no lose situation for you! Simply email us a request for RMA and we'll email you a pre-paid shipping label.
4. You'll still have to take your package to a UPS store or hand it to a driver. Sorry, we can't do everything for you!
5. When your item is returned, we'll issue you a full refund within 5 business days.
