Maybe troll the CAG Trading forum to see if someone has one on their trade list. If that dosen't work try calling around to all the places who sell games in your area, you might get shot down quite a few times but there's a store close to me that always has stuff I can't find anywhere else in. Other than that all I can suggest is sign up for notifications from Amazon and wait for the second run.
