Stupid question but you know how 360 saves your download history?

If you've downloaded like 1000 things since launch, does it all get listed or does it get "over-writed" when you download 50 things and it starts over? You can see your download history if you go to Account Settings in the Xbox Live blade.

Mines at around 300 and still hasn't gotten wiped.
