Subject/E-mail for Toys R Us Rewards?

So I just realized I never received my holiday reward certificate via e-mail. (Or any recent ones, really, ever.)

What's the subject line or e-mail address that the certificates come from so that I can search them in mail? I don't believe my junk filter is catching them and the e-mail address is correct on the site. I wonder if something is busted along the way.

Someone signed up for their account with my email address (only earned $1) but this is the email.

Why don't you just log into your rewards account and check there? Even if you don't have an account, if you create one now, you should still get them.

BTW, the first $15 (or up to if you had less) in rewards expired on the 11th. The next $15 expires on the 27th.
