Suggestion: have theme selection stored in a cookie instead of attached to the profile

Would it be possible to have the theme selection be stored in a cookie so that it is browser based, rather than attached to the profile? I visit CAG on multiple devices, and its a bit annoying when I set it to the mobile theme for my phone, and then have to switch it back to full when I'm at my computer, then back to mobile next time I use my phone.

Without making any changes, I use the mobile style on mobile and the desktop style on desktop, so not sure what is up with that.  Maybe John has some idea?
