At work we are allowed to bring our iPods in and listen to whatever we want. I'm in the process of making a playlist for the time around Halloween but I don't have enough for it.

So CAGs what are your suggestions for Halloween music?

Here's what I have so far:
A Nightmare On My Street - The Fresh Prince & DJ Jazzy Jeff
Halloween Theme
I Want Candy - Bow Wow Wow
Amityville (The House On The Hill) - Lovebug Starski
(Don't Fear) The Reaper - Blue Öyser Cult
The Addams Family Theme
Wake The Dead - The Used
I Wanna Eat Your Hand - The Zombeatles
8 Brains A Week - The Zombeatles
Halloween - Stephen Lynch
The Time Warp
Thriller - Michael Jackson
Werewolves Of London
Re: Your Brains - Jonathan Coulton

the two that get the most play around here is still Whodini's The Haunted House Of Rock and Freaks Come Out At Night (even though Freaks have nothing to do with Halloween).

As for Haunted House Of Rock, the extended version is still the best though drop it in about 40 seconds into it. If you want something a bit more modern, check out the Westbam remix that is on the Old School VS New School comp from Jive Electro.

As for Freaks Come Out At Night, just stick to the original version

Dead Kennedys - Halloween
The Misfits - Halloween I and II and other songs
Panic at the Disco - It's Almost Halloween and This is Halloween
Stevie Wonder - Superstitious
The Devil Went Down to Georgia
Matt Pond PA - Halloween (its not really about Halloween or sound like it...but its called Halloween :p)
Dave Matthews Band - Halloween

I don't know if it's been suggested in the videos (YouTube is blocked at work), but I always dig the Munsters Theme. I know there are extended versions of that out there.

One of my all time favorite songs, "Where the Wild Things Are" by Deep Puddle Dynamics uses the Jason theme song in the background. :)

The Misfits are a must for halloween. Someone already posted halloween and halloween 2. But all their songs are great for this awesome day. Danzig/Samhain are appropriate too.

Misfits - Collection I
Ministry (Scarecrow off Psalm 69 is great!)
Marilyn Manson's first two albums
Horrorpops (if you're into psychobilly)
White Zombie - Astro Creep 2000
Mercyful Fate - Melissa
fuck all that stupid shit and rock your Oingo Boingo records. YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA BOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
Post Seven. Already covered.

Tubular Bells
I still have my 45 of that single... with the extended version on the flip side. Song is about as long as a commencement speech.

Clint Eastwood - Gorillaz

It has good beats, undead, gothic themes, thunder/lightning, and would fit right into a monster mashing mix.

I'll pick these 2 Rob Zombie songs for dark themes, slow rif$$$e and spooky atmosphere. EDIT - I can't spell riff-age without the dash?

Rob Zombie - House of 1000 Corpses
Rob Zombie - The Devil's Rejects

This gives a good variety so probably something for everyone:

Ministry - Every day is Halloween
Aphex Twin - Come to Daddy
Geto Boys or Kotton Mouth Kings - My mind is playing tricks on me.
Warren Zevon - Werewolves of London
Rockwell - Somebody's watching me
Screamin' Jay Hawkins - I put a spell on you
The Specials - Ghost Town
Black Magic Woman - Santana
Type O Negative - Black No. 1(aka little miss scare all)
Blue Oyster Cult - I love the night and Nosferatu
Iced Earth - The entire Horrorshow album
Black Sabbath/Ozzy - Black Sabbath, Children of the grave, Bark at the Moon, Mr Crowley, Spiders in the Night, Zombie Stomp and Diary of a Madman.
Slayer - Dead Skin Maskr, Hell Awaits, Bloodline Seasons in the Abyss, Raining Blood(most Slayer fits well with Halloween)
Misfits - Pretty much any misfits/Sanhain/Danzig song works great for Halloween.
Talking Heads - Psycho killer
TSOL - Code Blue
The Eagles - Witchy Woman
Diamond Head or Metallica - Am I Evil
Gergard Mann(The Lost Boys Soundtrack) or Zug Island - Cry Little Sister
Edgar Winter Group - Frankenstein
The Ramones - Pet Cemetary
The Toadies - Possum Kingdom
Alkaline Trio - This could be love & all on black
Concrete Blonde - Bloodletting
The Cure - Lullaby
Iron Maiden - Number of the Beast, Children of the Damned, Murders in the Rue Morgue, Transylvania, Phantom of the Opera,
Alice Cooper - Welcome to my Nightmare
The Who - Boris the Spider
Rush - Witch hunt
The Cramps - I was a Teenage Werewolf and Human Fly
Venom - Witching Hour and In League with Satan
Helloween - Halloween and Trick or Treat
Eric Burton and the Animals - House of the Rising Son
Pantera - Cemetary Gates and Cowboys from Hell
Motorhead - Jack the Ripper
ACDC - Nigh Prowler, If you want blood(you got it), Highway to Hell, and Hells Bells.
Twisted Sister - Captain Howdy
Sam the Sham and the Pharaohs - Little Red Riding Hood
Celtic Frost - Dance Macabre
Dimmu Borgir - Puritana
Megadeath - Tornado of Souls

Wolf Moon.

Ignore the dumb slideshow:

Someone already posted Black No. 1 from the same band. This is a better song though. Read the lyrics if you want to be grossed out, or if you enjoy songs about going down on chicks during that time of the month.

Samhain's entire catalog (Initium, Unholy Passion, November Coming Fire, Final Descent) always struck me as the most appropriate for the season out of all the Danzig projects, but the Misfits are fine too. Actually, Samhain's version of the Misfits song "Halloween II" is great for this. Way better than the Misfits one.

Oingo Boingo - Dead Man's Party (Suggested at least three times, so listen up)
The Ramones - Pet Cemetary
Bauhaus - Bela Legosi's Dead (A bit long though)

Thanks to everyone who made suggestions, especially evildeadjedi with that big list. A lot of the songs were a bit to hardcore for some of my coworkers but I did find a bunch of songs to add to the playlist.

Any last minute suggestions?

No problem man happy to help. :)

^Woah that video works perfect with Bram Strokers Dracula! Horrorshow is one of my favorites by Iced Earth. Side note: Demons and Wizards (Iced Earth and Blind Guardian) is some of the most beautiful music I have ever heard.
