been looking around n finding it for around ~$30

Cheapest I think you'll find is about $25 used at Gohastings, before tax and shipping.

If you're looking for new, I highly doubt you will find it for $20. Most places still have it for $45+.

If you have other titles you are interested in, I would say the gohastings B2G1 for $1 on used games is pretty decent.
