Syndicate- Now In Stores! Developer- Starbreeze Publisher- EA

In the not too distant future, the world is divided into regions controlled by mega-corporations known as Syndicates. In this future, business is war, and you are the weapon: the latest prototype agent for Eurocorp, one of the most ruthless Syndicates in a world dominated by greed. In single-player, embark on a unique sci-fi shooter adventure of corruption and revenge, as you utilize DART 6 chip-enhanced technology to breech, manipulate and control the wired world. Or form your own Syndicate in four-player co-op and dominate nine action-packed missions inspired by the original Syndicate game.
Syndicate is the re-imagination of a cult classic franchise from 1993 - a unique action shooter set in a not too distant future, where Business is War.
2069 - No longer governed by politicians, the developed world is divided up into regions controlled by megacorporations known as Syndicates. These Syndicates have revolutionized how the consumer interacts with the digital world. No longer does the consumer require a device to access the world's data and control their technology, they can do this at the blink of an eye via neural chip implant. Civilians flocked to be "chip'd" and enjoy all that their selected Syndicate has to offer; housing, medical, banking, insurance, education, entertainment and jobs. One complete package. One complete lifestyle. In return, the Syndicates gained unprecedented insights, and control, over the individual and their behaviour. With little governmental oversight, business has become war. The Syndicates will stop at nothing for ultimate market dominance. At the front line of this war are the Agents, the Syndicate's bio-engineered and chip-augmented enforcers. They can breach anything in the wired world including their enemies, their weapons and the environment that surrounds them, making them the most efficient and deadly technological weapons in the world. Take on the role of Miles Kilo, Eurocorp's latest prototype agent, and embark on a brutal action adventure of corruption and revenge.

I could always use more co-op titles in my collection so I'm coppin' this tomorrow and Binary Domain next week. I feared another Killswitch experience but the demo was surprisingly solid.

to be honest binary domain looks kinda crappy. i tried the voice communication thing and it sucks. its just a meh game. i might gamefly it though. Syndicate looks so badass though. I'm still waiting for my copy to come from the ups truck. I'll have a review posted on Syndicate later this week as well as Asura's Wrath

ok, I have played through the first two levels so far and wow what a stylish game. This game makes u feel like badass! If you like the cyperpunk setting similar to Deus Ex then get this game its Deus Ex on crack!

Loved the demo, got a few friends hooked as well, but it seems like one of those under the radar titles that will drop like a rock in price. Probably a good thing for me, since I have zero cash at the moment. Bad thing for the developers though, it seems like it could be a franchise game yet it's gotten little to no hype whatsoever.
Does the code for the gold co-op weapons come in the case? I haven't received an email from Amazon with a code.
Yeah it is in the case.

Also I beat the single player story on normal in one sitting. Quite short and the story is very generic. I like the gameplay though. Hopefully the MP doesn't suck as much as the single player.

Is anyone interested in starting a syndicate for CAGs? I'm a co-op addict and would love the experience bonus that comes with being a member of a group. I'll create the syndicate so just hit me up if you want to join.

Played a little bit and I'm not sure what to think of this game yet. I started the campaign on Normal and was having fun until I hit the first boss; HUGE difficulty spike, after dying 4-5 times in a row I got tired of it. Decided to try some co-op instead, played through the first level and had fun, but on the postgame stats screen my whole Xbox froze and I had to turn it off. So, not exactly the best first impression, but I'm still looking forward to playing some more.

Just created a CAG group on Syndicate: CAG (CheapAreseGamer was necessary to work around the profanity filter). Send me a message or post here if you want an invite. Tip: Syndicate members get an experience bonus to more quickly unlock weapons and research.

Here is a link to a rather vague description from the EA FAQ on Syndicate: https://help.ea.com/article/syndicate-faq#coop

It's unfortunate that adding members to your Syndicate is not as easy as adding people to your friends list. You invite people to your syndicate by highlighting the user and pressing 'Y' from the game's lobby.

Here is a portion of the text from thei site:

How do I create my own Syndicate?
 1. Select the “co-op” option from Syndicate’s main menu
 2. Use LB / RB to navigate to the “Syndicate” tab
 3. Select “Create Syndicate” and enter all the information you’re prompted for
 4. You will now have your own Syndicate that you can invite friends to!
What are the benefits to having a Syndicate? Creating a Syndicate means additional experience gained per mission and faster research. It is also a great way to list people you frequently play with in one place and join their game. Syndicates will also be listed on our Leaderboards.
