*EDIT*

I edited this to put in a few of the ones that were reported. I also noticed after a visit to Target that there were a LOT of TV on DVD seasons for around $13.99-$17.99, including The Office, Breaking Bad, 24, South Park, Mad Men, How I Met Your Mother, Burn Notice, It's Always Sunny, Flight of the Conchords, and a lot more. I only put what I remember because it's what I remember. So if you're looking for some seasons of one of your fav shows, it's more than likely on sale.
Ah! I was hoping you meant 2012 for $9.99.

I might grab Whip It if it's in the original green Blu Ray case.
I'm going to probably buy 2010 for $10. I'd grab 2012 for $10 but it's not going to be that cheap for a while, lol dammit
$25 for Holmes stinks. Too bad Disney didn't put out a coupon for this one.
Disney decided not to put out coupons for Warner Bros. movies anymore.

Shit, why did I think this was Disney
Guess I'll swing by and see what's shakin' on the "...and selected others" front.
You and me both, haha. Either way, I know when I first saw the list all I could think was "I'm absolutely buying Whip It now" because that movie was really freaking good.

Stupid question but are there two different versions of The Matrix?

And if so, which version is this?

The first movie of the three is the only one I want so I have ruled out any box sets!

I'm not sure since I'm not technically the source, but I'm pretty sure it's just the first movie in the series. As for different versions of the actual Bluray, I'm not sure.

The original Matrix came in a digibook case and they just released a plain case version. I was just at Target on my lunch break and I'm pretty sure the book case was the one in stock. Dont know for sure which one is on sale.

Picking up Death Race and American Gangster missed out on those last time at Fry's now I can use my $5 GC I got when I bought New Moon!!!!!!!!!
Death Race is an awesome movie if ya'll haven't seen it yet.
Respectfully disagree that it's awesome, but if you want some dumb entertainment, it's not bad.

The price on 300 is looking good, I want to get that and Sin City on BR ASAP.

I first read "Amelia" as "Amelie" and nearly shit my pants in a bout of wonder and utter confusion. I may be in for Gran Torino.

I had a hell of a time trying to PM the 10th Anniversary Matrix Blu-Ray at Best Buy today. They kept trying to tell me that it was the "regular" edition (w/ a digital copy or something) that Target had on sale, not this "special" edition. Tried at two separate BBs. Finally just went to Target and got the same exact disc I got denied for at BB twice for $13.99.

I'm thinking about picking up the Big Bang Theory S1 and S2. Does anyone remember if it was ever cheaper than $14.99 each before this current sale?

Crap, Sherlock Holmes for $24.99? Seems to be that price everywhere. Gonna double check the Fry's ad, I think it might be cheaper there...
i also noticed fighting for 9.99 at my local one when picking up whip it and gran torino today..thanks OP!
Was Whip it the Blu or Green case?

Got lucky and scored a copy of Gran Torino with a Digital Copy (and slipcase) this afternoon. w00t!
$25 for Holmes stinks.
$25 for the :br:, :dvd: and digital copy seems pretty decent to me.
I saw this in the theater and wasn't expecting much but this flick is damn entertaining. I can't wait for the sequel.

Check Gran Torino carefully. Warner started expiring some of their digital copies only 6 months after release and if that's the case Torino would be toast by now.

do they actually expire? i redeemed my TDK one after the expiration date and i still got it.
Not that I really care, but I hope Target bundles Comic with the Blu-ray too! (Sherlock Holmes)
Don't think so :( It is listed on their website as for DVD set only.

I think I bought season 1 from target for $12.99 (Chuck S1 was also $12.99 if I'm remembering right), but that was like early-ish last summer. Don't know if they'd do it again any time soon.

I got Serenity, Death Race, Hellboy 2, and I went ahead and grabbed Commando as well.
Death Race and Hellboy 2 came with slipcovers

The only others I can remember that had slipcovers besides those 2 were Watchmen and The Matrix. American Gangster might have, but don't hold me to it.

Went to Target and got all those movies and PM TRU BOGO half off!!!
