TekNmotion Yapster Blaster Amplified Universal Headset for Xbox 360

so no one has used these? Im second guessing my decision buying them, thinking of cancelling and getting used x11 or x12...
one of the main issues I have with the yapster is it doesnt have separate voice and game audio controls like the TBs do. And the game audio automatically lowers when people talk, which sounds annoying.
