Tetris Ultimate 3DS

Have any CAGs picked this game up? I am so tempted to but the scars from Tetris Axis feel fresh.

So far no official review of the game. I am looking for opinions before I buy the digital version. How does this game stack up to previous versions (besides Tetris DS of coarse)

I thought Tetris Axis was great! Loved the shadow mode where you filled in the picture. Does Ultimate have an update to that? I would love to be able to create my own pics for shadow mode.
