Well, I was accepted into orientation, trained for a month, and got the job! I am now the Xbox Guide at http://xbox.about.com. Please check it out.

If you know of any really good Xbox websites, system FAQs, how tos, or anything else Xbox related let me know and I'll add it to the site. I'm not looking for any reviewers or extra staff, so don't ask.

The pay is pretty good. $500 for the first month and then it depends on your performance after that but a guaranteed $500 as long as I keep pageviews up. There are bonuses as well. Good times.
 
Wow, congrats. You'll have to check back in after a few months and let us know how it's going. Like if it's easier than you thought / way harder than you thought, etc. I know I'd be pretty interested!

I think that the hard part is probably over and from here on it should be easy. Actually putting the site together from scratch and rounding up hundreds of resources and writing a ton of original content was pretty tough. Now that the foundation is in place, adding a few things a week is going to be easy.
