How many copies of a game can I trade in?
​You are allowed to trade in 4 copies of the same game (same system) within a rolling 30 day period.
 
What do I need to trade in an older console?
The console, power cable, av cable, and controller. Sometimes they don't care about USB charge cable but ymmv. 3DS XL trade would be console, charger, and stylus. Some have reported being charged a refurb fee for missing the stylus, but again ymmv (answer stolen from anarchyburger)

Does the Pro Membership B2G1 coupon apply to only games, or accessories as well?
The coupon applies to both games and accessories, per the wording on the coupon.
 
I have a $XX.xx pre-owned reward certificate, and I want to use it on a B2G1 transaction. Should I?
It depends. If the three games are equal value, do not use your certificate. The value of the certificate would be applied to the free game, which would not benefit you. If one game is more expensive, you can use the certificate to make it the same value as the other two games ($5 reward certificate applied to transaction with two $10 games and one $15 game would make all three games $10).
 
 
TERMINOLOGY AND LINGO:
ASL/SL: Assistant Store Leader, Store Leader; manager positions at GS.
B2G1: Buy two, get one free. Typically refers to the coupon you receive when becoming Pro.
GCU/BB: Gamer’s Club Unlocked, Best Buy
GS: GameStop
JD: Junior detective, an employee who is out to get someone
LP: Loss Prevention; this is the department that actually bans accounts after being flagged.
TC/TiC: Trade credit.
TIV/TV: Trade in value, or what a game currently trades for. When posting a TV for a game, always use the base value.

So I ordered the Nintendo Switch with the $35 eshop & $50 GC this morning, and it says both of the gift cards are shipped, but I can't find anything on them. No emails for the gamestop GC, and I just received a email for the Eshop GC to check my order and it should be there?

I would be careful ordering anything right now, something seems weird with their site. I ordered 2 of the 6 month XBL codes over an hour ago and still have no order history or email for them. One code was saying already used but magically got added to my account after a bit. Their website definitely needs some work.

Ordered one Xbox Live through the app, no email no order status. Ordered one through the website, immediate valid code.

They ship a lot of stuff from their stores now. If it comes from their actual warehouse its in Dallas I believe.

A lot of times mine will sit unchanged like that and suddenly it shipped from like 1 hour away and will arrive the next day. I'm also waiting on tomb raider which shipped but has yet to move or be scanned.

Sometimes (sadly), yes. I still have orders from 2016 that show "open" LOL. I'm hoping its just b/c of busy time of the year that the games I ordered last Wed are still showing processing status but with GameStop ... yeah, you never know anymore.

I bought the 360 on 11/22 but they changed my order date to 11/21. I emailed them early Friday but they haven’t replied. Am I out of luck or is there a number I can call? I’m assuming they will deny my rebate even though I bought it on 11/22 (I have a screenshot time stamp of my order and my cc statement confirms 11/22),

Any thoughts on this?? They still haven't emailed me back leading me to believe they changed the date to get out of the rebate. Any idea what is the best number to call? I don't want the Xbox 360 if I cant get the rebate. I specifically stayed up past midnight to ensure I purchased it on 11/22 and they changed the date back to 11/21

I got one this month as well. They might be referring to it being single use now vs multi-use. Although i used mine on black friday and it still shows in my active offers. Although I haven't tried it again.

I got the "Premium" Refurbished Xbox 360 last night (so premium they didn't get bother to clean off the outside of the console) and while the controller and the Xbox 360 power on, when I am prompted to connect the controller to the console, it does not work. All I get is all a flashing ring of light on the controller even with different sets of batteries. Anyone know what may be the issue? 

I have a second 360 and used the controller from that and it did not work (even after I removed the power cord from the other console). Also the refurbished controller would not connect to the other 360.
