So I'm thinking this might be of use to the forums - I was at Target yesterday and saw about 87 copies of the GC version of the last Zelda game for twentysomething bucks. Not a great deal, but they had TONS - and it got me thinking...how about we have a thread where large quantities of clearance games are listed - and we set a fixed price w/ shipping for those kind enough to offer to pick some up for other CAGs.

Here's the proposal:

Price of game (after tax) + shipping + a small 'travel' fee.

I'm not suggesting anybody make a big profit off this stuff - this really should be more of a "CAGs stick together - you scratch my back, I've got yours!" kind of system. And if you're making one trip to pick up 5-10 copies, that 'travel' fee gets diluted.

Comments? Suggestions?
 
I'll start it off - Target in Woburn, MA had the following:

~6 copies of NBA '08 for the PS3 for $14.99
~25 copies of Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princes for GC for $25ish (can't recall)
 
This is pretty much what the master trades...trade your ____ thread is for. No one really uses those much though. I wouldn't mind this being stickied.

I request a sticky for tihs- this is such a good idea that it should go in the Master List with the other big lists.

Also, just PM people if they have an item you want, instead of replying. Just to keep things less cluttered.

This is a great idea - I did this when Elebits was clearanced, and it worked out great.

This would be a great thread for the penny guides. I only have one best buy that has a few every now and then. I cant ever get a hold of the ones anywhere else. Ill definitely contribute to this thread next time I see something.

I found four gamecubes at target for 24.99. I found NBA2k8 for 28.98 (6 copies) and Call of Duty 4 on clearance, The Club 29.98 (3 copies). I'm going back today to see what else they have.
 
About a dozen Zelda:TP for GC. $12.48. W/ gas and shipping, would send out for $17 each if a couple folks are interested. Paypal upfront. (Assuming they have any left, of course!)

Update: Somebody cleared them out...suck!
 
I can get out TH: Proving Ground, Children of Mana, Chocobo Tales for 15 each if anyone's looking for them. (Have to check store again though for stock.) Also open to trades.

Woburn, MA Toys R Us has tons of Art of Fighting Anthology (PS2) for $5. Several King of Fighters XI for $5. Saw several Xbox 360 VGA cables for $9.98. Couple Geometry Wars (DS) for $10.
 
Same TRU in Woburn, MA had a bunch of $5 psp games - Bust A Move and Parappa the Rapper.

$9.98 games were Juiced 2 (360), Viva Pinata: Party Animals (360), Crash of the Titans (Wii)

Add a few bucks for shipping and gas.
 
Noticed that my ToysRus has tons of sealed Super Princes Peach (somewhat rare now). They're regularly priced, but if you want it for Retail+Paypal fees+shipping, shoot me a pm.

Shipping + paypal fee + "gas it takes to drive to wherever+ for my time" bumps the games up to prices beyond those obtainable elsewhere.

I would like to get "The Ship", upc 00187124000564 from the Target clearance. They have been discarded at my local Target stores, anybody else still have them?

Price point I am looking for is $2.48 + tax + shipping. May be interested in getting 2 to 4 copies.

One my TRUs has had around five copies of :ps2: GUN in their clearance bin at $5 for awhile now. I picked up one, but that's about it.

Another has around ten copies of :ds: Soul Bubbles at $10. With the DS sale, I wouldn't be surprised to see these going, but still.

I could sell GUN for $12 and Soul Bubbles for $15, after tax, gas/time, and shipping. You would have to send payment via PayPal before I ship, but after I pick them up of course.
