Yes, yet another indie bundle, but like the Humble Bundle, you can set your own price and donate to charity as well. The games only register on Steam, but that won't be a problem for most here. You get a key for each individual game, so you can gift whatever you do not personally want if you feel like it.

Happy Hour guidelines:

*Happy Hour happens at random times: sometimes as early as 4 days after the bundle going live, but most often during the second week of sales.

Happy Hour! Double Gifts! During Happy Hour time New buyers for every gift purchase get a 2nd bonus gift for free (2x1)! All gifts are doubled! Remember to check 'IS IT A GIFT'! *If you have not purchased the current Indie Gala yet, you can buy two for one during happy hour

And if you are an early buyer the deal is EVEN BIGGER!

Yes! If you already bought the current indiegala bundle, you get 2 bonus gifts for free for every gift purchased ( 3 x 1 ) *If you have already purchased the bundle, but you did not purchase it in the first week, you can buy three for one

And if you bought it in the first week you get 3 bonus gifts for free for every gift purchased ( 4 x 1 ) *If you already purchased the current bundle and did so in the first week of the current bundle going live, you can buy four for one

Remember to check 'IS IT A GIFT' ! if you want to take advantage of Happy Hour. You have to check this also if, after purchasing a bundle for yourself with your own email address, you want another additional bundle for you. If you don't, transactions amount will sum on your original email account and you can upgrade your purchase, obtaining more bonuses if you previously didn't unlock it, or more galapoints.

REMEMBER: (Gift purchases are not upgradable and don't contribute to upgrade your personal account for unlock new content.)
***For Happy Hour, you MUST use the same e-mail you used when buying your first bundle, and you MUST check the gift option below the payment method. You have to buy again during Happy Hour to receive gift copies.

CAG Group Buy Hosting FAQ

Q: I see all of these CAGs hosting group buys for people. What's that all about?
A: It's a way for CAGs to help each other get the best deal. One person will buy the bundle during the first week, then they will buy four gift copies at the highest tier during Happy Hour. This person is referred to as the host. They then try to sell these to participants for a fraction of the price of buying the "beat the average" bundle individually, plus some extra to distribute the cost of the initial bundle purchase in the first week. The host gains money back, and the participants get the full bundle for a fourth of the cost. Everyone wins.

Q: How do I host one?
A: To host a CAG group buy, you must first purchase the Indie Gala full BTA (beat the average) bundle in the first week (this has been changed since the previous bundles). This will allow you to purchase four additional bundles for the price of one during a Happy Hour, as stated in the Happy Hour post above. Now, it does matter how much you initially spend, as you must purchase the full bundle in order to purchase full bundle four-packs during Happy Hour. Then, once Happy Hour starts, you buy a gift copy for the current "beat the average" price, which will be listed on the Indie Gala page. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK "IS IT A GIFT" TO GET FOUR GIFT COPIES.

Q: It's asking me for multiple e-mail addresses. What do I do?
A: Just skip that part. The links to the gifts will be added to your account page (which is another reason why you must always use the same e-mail address when ordering from Indie Gala). Most hosts will send out the gift URLs to their participants in a PM.

Q: Is it hard to do?
A: No, it's very quick and easy. Just keep track of which gift URLs you have sent to which people, and you will be fine.
Meh, I already have some of these and the rest might be coming in the mythical Amazon 1C pack some time between now and the end of eternity.

I'm in for a HH spot if they do one but I definitely don't $4 want it.
Yeah 4 is too much. But I'll do a HH

Worked! Thank you!

O man! Got some good 1C games, might tie me over until the 1C Amazon bundle launches.

If I buy now at BTA, will I still receive future bonus games? I think yes, but just want to make sure.

Yes, you'll receive the future bonus games if you BTA now. I don't know if those games are gonna tie you over until the Amazon 1C bundle launches though.. I don't think they'll last you for a few years!

So I got an email from Gala saying if you buy the full Gala 11 bundle you can get the full Helldorado bundle at $2.99 instead of $3.99. I wonder if that will work for Gala gift purchases too.

Then again I mainly just want The Rockin' Dead, enough that I am even willing to break my no games without a client ever* so I suppose I can always just get that for a dollar or a nickel (PWYW does not mean PWYW; there seems to be a lot of that going around) or something.

*(ever meaning 95% of the time in this case. I reserve the right to use Gamersgate interpretations of the English language)

I regret buying the GamersGate 1C bundle now with most of the included games coming out elsewhere with Steam keys. I suppose that doesn't necessarily mean that the various DRMS (SecuROM, StarForce etc) have been removed.
wait so is happy hour dead or was that just one one bundle?
kind of reminded me of the indieroyale lightning bundles. just filler till XI.

Good god that Gala store is slow as hell and glitchy. It takes forever and then when I go to purchase it says "the amount of gala points you typed is higher than your gala points credit!" but I didn't type any in and anyway you can't use them for this bundle.

I just want my trashy ass Rockin Dead game for 99 cents dammit! :bomb::wall::twoguns:

So now I have 2 keys for King's Bounty The Legend and 1 for Armored Princess. None of the them redeemed because I have the Platinum drm-free from that Amazon sale a while back. Thinking of what to do with them, probably do a CAG-exclusive steamgifts giveaway...

Hey jerkface, give me Armored Princess or I'll punch you in the gut.

I didn't know what the heck you were talking about with you having 2 copies of King's Bounty The Legend. Then I went to the Indie Gala page and I see that they've revealed one of the bonuses already. Looks like the aforementioned King's Bounty The Legend is the first bonus
Last two bonuses are Fantasy Wars and Necrovision. Happy about that since I passed on Necrovision Steam when it was in builda bundle
Does anybody else find it weird that the Necrovision sequel is in the base bundle and the original game is bta?

Nope. It seems pretty normal for indie gala. Those silly Italians.

Couple of new Gala Store bundles:

Gothic Spells Bundle: Spellforce Platinum for 99 cents. Gothic II Gold is added if you pay $4.99 or more. Both are Steam keys.

Alter Ego Bundle: Black Mirror 2 and 3 for 99 cents (DRM free; they aren't on Steam). Mata Hari and Alter Ego (both Steam) are added if you pay $3.99 or more.

In Both cases they say they will take $1 the full bundles for these off if you have already bough the full IG 11, so in that case the full Gothic Spells bundle would be $3.99 and the full Alter Ego bundle would be $2.99.

Not too interested in either of those. But out of curiosity, is it possible to gift bundles at that discounted price?

How do I get the dollar off on the adventure bundle after buying IG11? It still shows up as $3.99 for me. Do I have to have an actual account? I just tried signing up for an account and linked my profile ID to it, but it's saying my profile ID doesn't match the email I provided, though it does.

I could use some King's Bounty goodness- I've really been wanting to try Legend and/or Armored Princess- but have been waiting for a 1C bundle. No luck there- so happy to talk about someone's extra copy!

I tried and you can't gift Gala Store bundles though you can always just give someone the steam keys.

FWIW I think Gothic 2, while having dated visuals, is the best of the series and one of the better classic RPGs.

I rather like Mata Hari too even though it is kind of cheesy.

Try contacting Gala support. I had an issue with the Gala store site and (rather surprisingly) they fixed it for me within a day.

If anyone wants Gothic just wait until the Winter Sale -- Steam typically offers the Gothic 1, 2, and 3 bundle for $5 or less.

Wait 'til Happy Hour. I'll have an extra one and so will lots of other folks, probably.
That alter ego is a great deal. I paid 3 times that for BM2-3 and Alter Ego.
This is indeed a really good deal - I paid $10 for the Amazon pack which included BM2, BM3, Alter Ego and Gray Matter. Also bought Mata Hari for $2.50 from GG. Haven't yet played any of them (just started BM2 last week).

They all seemed like such great deals at the time...
