Yes, yet another indie bundle, but like the Humble Bundle, you can set your own price and donate to charity as well. The games only register on Steam, but that won't be a problem for most here. You get a key for each individual game, so you can gift whatever you do not personally want if you feel like it.

Happy Hour guidelines:

*Happy Hour happens at random times: sometimes as early as 4 days after the bundle going live, but most often during the second week of sales.

Happy Hour! Double Gifts! During Happy Hour time New buyers for every gift purchase get a 2nd bonus gift for free (2x1)! All gifts are doubled! Remember to check 'IS IT A GIFT'! *If you have not purchased the current Indie Gala yet, you can buy two for one during happy hour

And if you are an early buyer the deal is EVEN BIGGER!

Yes! If you already bought the current indiegala bundle, you get 2 bonus gifts for free for every gift purchased ( 3 x 1 ) *If you have already purchased the bundle, but you did not purchase it in the first week, you can buy three for one

And if you bought it in the first week you get 3 bonus gifts for free for every gift purchased ( 4 x 1 ) *If you already purchased the current bundle and did so in the first week of the current bundle going live, you can buy four for one

Remember to check 'IS IT A GIFT' ! if you want to take advantage of Happy Hour. You have to check this also if, after purchasing a bundle for yourself with your own email address, you want another additional bundle for you. If you don't, transactions amount will sum on your original email account and you can upgrade your purchase, obtaining more bonuses if you previously didn't unlock it, or more galapoints.

REMEMBER: (Gift purchases are not upgradable and don't contribute to upgrade your personal account for unlock new content.)
***For Happy Hour, you MUST use the same e-mail you used when buying your first bundle, and you MUST check the gift option below the payment method. You have to buy again during Happy Hour to receive gift copies.

CAG Group Buy Hosting FAQ

Q: I see all of these CAGs hosting group buys for people. What's that all about?
A: It's a way for CAGs to help each other get the best deal. One person will buy the bundle during the first week, then they will buy four gift copies at the highest tier during Happy Hour. This person is referred to as the host. They then try to sell these to participants for a fraction of the price of buying the "beat the average" bundle individually, plus some extra to distribute the cost of the initial bundle purchase in the first week. The host gains money back, and the participants get the full bundle for a fourth of the cost. Everyone wins.

Q: How do I host one?
A: To host a CAG group buy, you must first purchase the Indie Gala full BTA (beat the average) bundle in the first week (this has been changed since the previous bundles). This will allow you to purchase four additional bundles for the price of one during a Happy Hour, as stated in the Happy Hour post above. Now, it does matter how much you initially spend, as you must purchase the full bundle in order to purchase full bundle four-packs during Happy Hour. Then, once Happy Hour starts, you buy a gift copy for the current "beat the average" price, which will be listed on the Indie Gala page. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK "IS IT A GIFT" TO GET FOUR GIFT COPIES.

Q: It's asking me for multiple e-mail addresses. What do I do?
A: Just skip that part. The links to the gifts will be added to your account page (which is another reason why you must always use the same e-mail address when ordering from Indie Gala). Most hosts will send out the gift URLs to their participants in a PM.

Q: Is it hard to do?
A: No, it's very quick and easy. Just keep track of which gift URLs you have sent to which people, and you will be fine.
they just confirmed on twitter that Beat Hazard will have a steam key in the coming days
do you know if we will get a steam key for it if we already bought the bundle?

I'm buying Bad Rats for the spectacle. And so that I'll have a game that I might hate more than Rag Doll Kung Fu.

Does anyone have a price for a happy hour include? I'm interested (somewhat depending on price.)

Just bought a 4-pack. I'm taking the first slot and I already sold a second one. That means I have 2 left for now. They'll be $1.89 a piece. PM me if you're interested.

1) Me
2) redbot
3) Donkey132
4) robdog49er

Doesn't the happy hour say you still qualify for the 4 pack bonus if you bought before 6/2? So you could buy the original bundle now and then buy a 4 pack under the happy hour?

I can also host a group if anybody needs. $1.89/ea atm

Purchased... 3 Slots open.

Potentially 1 left.

So, can someone explain the math, cause the site says 1 extra per 1 bought, and the current price to get Ninja Blade and all the games is $6.37, so if there are 4 slots, then he had to buy 2 of them, making the cost $12.74 divided by 4 making the final cost $3.19 each. I'm new to this so be gentle, just wondering how it can be $1.89 each. I would be up for hosting once I understand the particulars.

All you need to do is buy the lowest tier bundle (at $1) to qualify to buy the beat the average 4-pack.

Still fuzzy on the math though. And also this is for previous purchasers, correct. If I were to jump now, no giftable copies right now? Sorry, as I said I am a noob at this, but am serious about starting a pack if able.

Well the price has dropped over the past hour or so, but when I bought I had to pay $6.55. So you add that to the $1 I had to pay to get the 4-pack option, it's $7.55. Divide that by 4 and you get $1.8875. Round that up and you get $1.89.

Well the happy hour is over now. But the info said you qualified for the 4x bonus if you purchased before June 2. So possibly if you purchase now you could jump on the happy hour next time around.

I wasn't around to see the first happy hour. To the people in my happy hour group, sorry about that. I'll try to get the next one.

How does the 4 pack option work if you bought a bundle previously? Is there a way to upgrade my bundle?

I got some friends who I can give stuff to and if it's only a buck or so to upgrade, I gladly will next happy hour.

I didn't realize that you were hosting a bundle as well. I hope I didn't take any of your buyers away from you. I'm gonna bow out for now to let other people hosting group buys have a chance to find buyers.

As far as I can see, the list of people hosting so far is as follows.

M_F_A_H
Blade
sunghost
Outinthedark
The End

I might have missed somebody there, but that's a pretty good lineup. I should imagine that buyers wont have too much of a problem getting a copy on this bundle.

I'm not sure if I understand what you're asking. If you're asking if buying the lowest tier bundle will allow you to buy a higher tier 4-pack gift purchase, the answer is yes.

Got a bundle, watched GB's Ninja Blade Quick look, then went straight to metacritic to read the worst reviews. I guess I'm thisgonbegood.gif

I haven't tried to download it myself, but it struck me as weird how they split up the download on Ninja Blade & WRC 2010. Why would they do that?

For those who haven't bought the bundle yet, this is what it looks like on the download page

Basically what I am asking is I bought the high tier bundle already. Do I have to basically rebuy a high tier 4 pack at whatever price the high tier price is? Or is it cheaper to get a 4 pack?

Did you unzip both parts(Ninja Blade_Part1.zip, Ninja Blade_Part2.zip) to the same folder? so you have
setup.exe
setup-1.bin
setup-2.bin
setup-3.bin
setup-4.bin
setup-5.bin
Install and playing both work for me...

If you bought a high tier bundle already, you're still gonna have to rebuy another high tier bundle if you want the complete bundle for your 4 pack when the next happy hour comes around.

What most of us do is buy the lowest tier bundle ($1) and then buy the highest tier when happy hour goes live for the 4 pack.

Crap! Both this and the Indie Royale bundles are live?!

I'd be interested in a Happy Hour spot if anyone doesn't mind!
