There, I said it. Simply put, the PSP needs its own Crystal Chronicles style game, then make sure it has game sharing so you can entice friends in to buying it.
The Core aspect being ad hoc drop-in co-op.
While monster hunter is great, it doesn't quite fill the need for both that kind of RPG/collecting game with story, and it's controls are a bit clunky.
Imagine something with a perspective like Gurumin, with 4 player or more co-op.
Heck, just copy Secret of Mana because so far no one has made a decent clone, let alone successor to secret of mana.
