The Saboteur DLC

I'm trying to download the DLC for The Saboteur on PS3. However, the code doesn't seem to work. The code contains 16 digits where as I can only enter in 12 digits online. The code expires soon, and I want to redeem it before that happens. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

Where are you attempting to enter the code in at? The PS store? Or under Account Management?

Entered in both areas. Both areas have 12 digit code entries, neither one is 16.

Are you talking about the Midnight Show DLC? If so, I think you have to redeem the code within the game itself. That's what I had to do with the 360 version, it may be the same for the PS3.
