This is a game I though I'd give a shot here. It's for those who think that they could soundtrack a movie better than the people who actually do it for a living. The idea is basically each poster replies to the previous post with a song that would be the perfect soundtrack to the previously mentioned situation, thought, idea, or moment.

For example, if I say the scene is: Cruising down the freeway with few cars in sight, just as the sun is coming down, with a few friends. You would then reply with a song (or songs if you're indecisive), that would perfectly compliment what I just described.

Now the real thing.

Scene: A young man (of about 20) is being taught by his older brother how to be a con artist, and is beginning to show real talent for it.

Chungking "Ticking"

edit: I doubt anyone knows this band but the song is about time passing by slowly and the lyrics is egging the listener to do something in a electropop sound. Needs to be heard to understand on how much this song would kick ass for a torture scene

Man has sex with corpse

Enrique Iglesias "Just Wanna Be With You"

A man contemplating suicide, on top of the Empire State Building and sees King Kong climbing up it

It would start with Collective Soul - "The World I Know" and halfway through the song it would be interrupted by the Metal Gear Solid "!" noise. I'm not sure what would come next though .. perhaps George of the Jungle theme?

I'm aware the subject matter of the song but I think Mozart's Requiem (k626) would work well there.

Scene - A spelunker is caught in the midst of an earthquake and cave-in
