The Wii Code Thread

What does it mean when you check out the friends codes in your address and certains are colored white and certain ones are black font? Which one have added you to their friend list? I'm sort of confused.
 
Ok, here is my most up-to-date list of all the friend codes I have in my system. Gaps represent people who are not CAGs.

I doubt this will help me much, but if any of these codes are inactive, please let me know (even if you aren't the person in question, but just happen to know someone is no longer active). I.e., if someone here has sold their system, or they no longer play it, etc, drop me a line. My system is full and if there's anyone I can get rid of for real-life friends and the like, it would help out a lot.

Until Nintendo gives me the ability to add more than 100 people, I'm screwed.

Well, daroga's old code is still in my system, and he still shows up as black. So I'm not sure how to explain that. Same with ahmedmalik aka Zen Davis. His is still active, but I know he has a new code.

I'm mostly looking for people who no longer own their systems. For example, I asked MookyJooky - since he's a rather volatile critic of the Wii - if he still had his system. He does, but he's selling it, so he no longer owns that code. However, it would still show up as "Mookyjooky" and active on my side, even though someone else has it.

Though, I guess you're right - if the new person wiped the system clean, I guess it would get rid of itself on my end and turn gray.

Mmmm.

Basically if there's any CAGs who don't have/need/want/are going to sell/etc. their system and I can delete them, it helps me out.
 
Yeah, this a problem for the Wii. I think I also have several CAG listed who don't own there system anymore.

I mainly added a bunch of people for Smash Bros alone. Closer to launch I'll probably add a ton more.

Me and my brother just got a Wii last Sunday at CC. And our friendless Wii needs some friends before Brawl comes out.

THATS RIGHT WE ONLY GOT A WII FOR BRAWL!!!

and well.. for Animal Crossing, but that doesn't seem to be releasing any time soon.
