X-Men vs. Street Fighter (or similar Marvel vs. Capcom games)
More stuff that uses the camera. Not just to show the person while they are playing, but facemapping on characters and - if they can do it well - motion control. No more Totemballs though, please.
Most of all, I want game shows with free or at least practically free quarterly content updates to keep the games fresh where applicable. Not every game needs to be updated, but something like Wheel of Fortune would need new puzzles every once in a while. BRING US PRESS YOUR LUCK ON XBLA RIGHT NOW.

Yeah. I tried it a few years ago and wondered how the hell I enjoyed it when it was new.
