You gotta enjoy the small things and life and not complain about all the shit that annoys you.

For instance I am really enjoying this turkey sammich and pepsi right now.

I enjoy acknowledging what I dislike about everyday life.

My PS3 along with my other gaming consoles/handhelds. :D

I can also add things like my Sony Vaio Desktop PC. SingStar is another thing I enjoy pretty much everyday.

The little things:
1) When I wake up before my girlfriend, playing off her crabbiness until she's screaming at me, then jumping in bed and cuddling until she's kissing me again.
2) Jogging down the bike path and taking a moment in to admire the landscape that includes a colorful combination of flowers.
3) Feeling the breeze going from a cool 5 mph to cutting through the air at ~100 mph in an instant on the roller coasters at Cedar Point at least once a year.
4) The sweet sweet taste of an energy drink.
5) Watching Braylon Edwards one hand a catch, or Kellen Winslow plow through defenders on their way to the end zone in either HD or 100 feet away from the stands.
6) Snapping back to reality from a distraction when you're playing a videogame so engrossing that you forget everything else is going on.
7) The anticipation that builds up daily as you walk to your mailbox after you order a new toy online.
8) Making a baby laugh uncontrollably by making funny faces.
9) That moment when you're at the top of the hill ready to snowboard, or stepping off the golf cart on the 5th hole and you just stop and take in the sceneary and realize how relaxed you are.
10) Cracking up your whole group of friends over a round of drinks either at the bar or in someones living room.
11) The turning point in a page turning book where you finally find out what all the twists, turns and action led up to.

... I could go on. I would say that I'm generally happy in life.

It's all about cookies and coffee.
 
The little things.

Good meals, watching a good movie or tv show or sporting event. Reading a good book. Spending time with friends and loved ones. Being productive at work. Playing a good game. etc. etc.
 
A hearty breakfast.
Dragonflies.
Green Anoles.
Getting past that one stupid puzzle the first time instead of backtracking.
Stealth attacking my guy (this requires planning, though. XP)
Subsequent revenge (hurhur...)
Walking around aimlessly.
Stretching (bonus points for joint popping).
Accomplishing a new yoga move.
Killing the mosquito that just got me.
Cold mango slices.
Confirmation that family still alive (believe me, this is important).
A cold glass of orange juice after coming in from Florida summers.
Finishing a chapter or creative writing prompt and being happy the first time.
Getting everyone else out of the house for peace and quiet.

This works for me too. Oddly enough the best parts of my workweek is the drive to and from work. Great time for thinking.

Music. Just found out a couple of days ago that my favourite band is coming to Saskatoon for the third time ever in just over a month, too.

Same here. I love driving so much that I feel guilty about it.

One thing that gives me a little happy? Courteous drivers. Like a truck driver that lets you go first at a four way stop, or someone who leaves room for you in traffic to make your exit or entrance.

It may not seem like much, but I enjoy doing that or being on the receiving end.

Driving with music blasting can be fun. Driving in traffic is stressful though.

And for my list, I think I forgot midgets and strawberries and that should complete it.
