I was trying to find somebody's tradelist in the marketplace code thread, so I just tried to do an advanced search and messed up and checked "show threads" instead of posts, so I went back and waited a bit and tried again and got "This forum requires that you wait 10 seconds between searches. Please try again in 174 seconds." Seems to only do it when searching for all posts by a user without a keyword and searching in a specific forum as I get the normal 10 second time when using keywords, but if I get the 170 time it does actually use that time no matter what or where I search.
