Titan Quest is $24.99 at BB this week, so with a GGC it's $19.99. I'm going on a cruise soon and am looking for something to do while I'm at sea hehe. Yes, it's sad that I'm thinking about bringing my laptop and playing video games while on a cruise ship, lol. Anyhow, is this game worth $20 for some mindless hack and slash fun?

For $20 you can find D2 with LoD and get a lot more fun out of it.
TQ wasn't really bad, just not really good. Things like enemies always being in the same place on the same maps every time you play. They openly admit that D2 was a huge influence, but they go and leave out randomization- one of the biggest factors to D2s replayability.

Its alright. I got it through a glitch at Compusa ages ago for .98 cents, and you'd think at that price I'd have finished it and loved it and clutched it against my chest at nights as I fell asleep...but its only alright. Not as balanced or fun as diablo ii, but high production value and decent multiplayer.
