Tomba and Tomba 2 PSX rare?

So whats the deal with these 2? I used to work at Funcoland years ago and these were a big hit. I found each at my local used shop for 6.00 each in mint mint condition..... Are they rare?

Yep, they held their value pretty well, 1 more than 2.

I noticed the graphics hold up quite well on my ps3 unlike alot of my PSX games *cough cough syphon filter*

*sigh* I wish Tomba got another sequel. I absolutely loved 1 and 2, some of the best 2d gaming I've ever done.

Awesome find. I remember playing Tomba when I first got my PSX. Really underated game, both games didn't make Greatest Hits status and the developer went out of business.

I managed to get a copy of Tomba, however it is on the official PS2 incompatibility list for a good reason. Since I play all my PS1 games on my PS2, it was of no use to me and went to Ebay.

I wouldnt say they are 'rare' so much as 'sought after'. You can find a copy if you want it, but its not going to be $6.

I remember picking this up used at a rental store for $10, still have it and I really loved the game. Holding on to it for sure
