I wanted to post this thread to start putting out awareness and gather more information about TRU's trade in program. If this is in the wrong place let me know and close the thread.
I was looking at the bottom of my receipt from yesterday and it said:
"The Ultimate Video Game Trade-IN!" ** Trade in your used games for Toys R US gift card**
This was at the Freehold, NJ (732-462-0500) store. I am going to try and find out more information about the program today and update my post. I know this store wasn't testing out the program before. Again, I apoologize if this thread is in the wrong place or not helpful enough yet.
Update: I found out that eventhough they are advertising it on their receipts it is only in effect for larger stores like times square so false alarm on any kind of roll out yet
