Transferring from 3DS to 3DSXL with Mario Kart Question

I have a 3DS with the ambassador games on the system and I also picked up a 3DSXL for Christmas with the Mario Kart pre-bundled on it. If I transfer my 3DS to the 3DSXL will I lose the Mario Kart game? I also have Super Land 3D on the original 3DS will that transfer as well with no issues?

EDIT: Sorry, didn't read too closely. Might need to do some more research . . .

Everything will transfer over to the XL and Mario Kart will be gone, but it will be on your downloads list in the eShop so you can download and install it again.

I had to do this myself.
