Cheapest I've seen for Tropico 4 yet. 31.99 @ Amazon Digital Download

I think I scooped Amazon DVG Deals here, Don't know if I'll buy at this price yet, had a blast with Tropico 3. It was a great sim city type game with a lot of humor and flavor (You are basically the dictator of a banana republic tropical island in the 3rd version).

I'm gonna wait for $20 or less. Everything I've seen says this is basically an expansion of the 3rd one, not enough new content to justify a higher price for me. I imagine this will be cheap in the Steam holiday sale.
