Even if something is on sale, 15% gets taken off the MSRP.

I had around $100 stuck in merchandise credit so this was a no brainer for future pre-orders. I'll take that 5% hit lol

Not sure I understand.

So if there's, say, a $60 MSRP game currently on sale for $40, the price today would be $40 minus 15% of $60? So $31?
