turtle beach headset problem

sorry i have no clue were to put this

today i got some turtlebeach x31 headsets but my brother cant hear any sound from the tv so if i want to watch a movie i haft to get and unplug the red and white adapters for the turtle beach so is there any way i can get the sound from the tv and the headset at the same time
