TV/Cable Tuner Card for my PC

I'm getting too lazy to A) move the TV in my bedroom, B) am too cheap to buy a 2nd TV (thus why I'm on CAG amirite?), and C) need to pick up the cable signals without a box (I think it's called QAM- I get signal from Comcast with my net).

Ideas? Help? Thanks!
