Slightly off topic but just got an email to sign up for gamefly for 1 dollar- 2 games/month

Says ufc 2 is available now so worth a dollar rental

Trade in a copy of FE: Fates Special Edition, and you still gotta throw in another game plus $10?

WTF?

32 at Best Buy next week, still not sure it's worth a dollar though
Having played both the beta and the EA Access trial now, I can say it's basically par for the EA Sports course. It's a pretty looking game. It's fun and exciting. But it also has broken physics and things that make you say "WTF was that???"

That's basically all EA Sports games are now. That description applies to Madden, NHL, FIFA, etc. But if you're a fan of any of these sports, you don't have many options. It's a pill we just have to swallow.

That worked? I traded in a couple of Dying Lights towards UFC2 because I thought the bump was a no go when trading in more than 1 game towards the Division
No it doesnt work, I just traded in toward division because I want more credit and this ufc deal start the day after I traded in two dying light. I could have getten $50 credit instead of $26.7+$17.6.

Thats what I did. They just shipped UFC 2 out today. Well worth the $1.06 spent.

As much as I enjoy trading in $60 worth of games to get $50 off...

Oh thanks for the clarification, that makes sense now.

I got $53.30 for both copies with the PRO bump

The Spring sale starts on 3/18 and it says UFC 2 is $41.99.  Will these two overlap?  Essentially getting $8 back and UFC2?

Some minor flip potential here, if you can find the right games with Best Buy's B2G1. Just as an example:

Buy:

Horizon 2: $40

NSMBU: $30

NSMBU: Free (B2G1)

BB Price: $65 (after tax and GCU)

Trade:

Horizon 2: $25 (towards UFC)

NSMBU: $25 (towards UFC)

NSMBU: $27.50 (after PURP)

GS TiV: $77.50

Buy:

UFC: $10

Trade:

UFC: ??? (probably $30-35 when added to BB/GS)

All told, you're probably spending about $75 and getting trade value of $110-115, or a profit of $35-40. There might be other/better options here as well. By the way, FH2 and NSMBU are in-stock at BB used right now.

Why trade for $30 when you can return it the next day for $59.99 plus tax? :D

Hmm that's interesting. Remember when they had the $40 TIV guarantee? That promo only ran if the game was still MSRP. But who knows for this
So I was looking closer at the Spring Sale flyer and UFC 2 and many of the games do not go on sale until 3/21 actually. GameStop being GameStop.

Your math doesn't add up at all. Even if you returned UFC, you'd only profit about $10.

You are forgetting to add in the $50 in credit that you would be spending on UFC. Instead of $10, it should be $60 + tax.
