Is this game safe to pick up in a buy 2 get 1 used sale? Does it have download codes for any characters or is it all on disc?
 
Only downloads you could for it are the skin packs, and Jill/Shuma Gorath who are NOT on disk, nor included with purchase. And the skins are $4 a pack, and the characters are $5 each. But yes, buying it used is fine, like most Capcom games (RE 5 Gold for 360 excluded).
