Has anyone tried this service - www.unlimitedpspservice.com They claim unlimited PSP game downloads for $35 lifetime membership. They list all the major games, but it seems kind of shady. Any input would be grateful.

If they don't steal you CC info. Its more then likely illegal and you probably will have to download some homebrew program to run the games.

Seems incredibly shady. Plus, I remember hearing about PSP games getting hacked and pirated. Odds are you're paying $35 to download pirated games that'll be useless when the firmware gets updated.

Of course it is shady. And I assume, correctly, that these shady S.O.B.'s will get your credit card info and "lose it" to some criminals and then use your contact info to sell to every telemarketer they can. Even if they swear on their mothers souls they wont.
