Unopened Copy of Super Mario 3

I just scored a factory sealed (with the horizontal seam) mint copy of Super Mario 3. It's in new condition, there isnt any wear, fading or anything.

Question is:

How much is this worth, and would you sell it, or keep it?
I would love to keep it, but I really dont want to keep it out in the open, and it sucks to keep it in a box.

If I remember correctly, I sold my copy for $77. This was at least 2 years ago though, maybe 3.

I know this is one of the most common games, but I thought a factory sealed mint one would go for more than it does.
