One sku is for the holiday bundle and other is the original 4GB with kinect.

MSRP for these should go back down to $249.99 (the price they were for several weeks prior to the holidays)

As someone else said it can but the cert has to be the same or above the price of an item before tax. So if you had a 20$ cert but a 19.99$ item it couldn't be used.
