Not sure how you guys feel about surveys, but I figured I'd post it. If this is considered spam please just delete it. This survey should only take 1-2 minutes, and it offers entry into a $50 Amazon gift card sweepstakes.

Don't really mind doing surveys for an entry, but I like to know what company I'm giving my information to, look them up, read their privacy policy etc. This doesn't say anything about what company it is.

Yeah, Survey Monkey is definitely safe. We used it in school all the time for taking class polls and stuff.

At the end of the survey it is supposed to ask you if you'd like to opt in by providing your email.

Did both surveys, but at the end of the first survey, the registration for the gift card drawing went to a page about not finding the right id link or something and then went to a blank page, so I'm not sure if my entry went through or not. The second one had no issues.
