I think they both sell around $20 at EB. You can also get some closing bids on a few Ebay sales and work out a price from there too.
Also there's the new white GC controller for $29.99 with a longer cable. I have no clue what shipping would be but the store is in Toronto. Microplay may have them too. They sometimes have imported items.
