Verizon iPhones at Gamestop

What's the deal with that? They accept them but don't sell them online or in store?
I asked the people at the counter one time and they said it was a matter of stock, but I'm certain people have traded in from other carriers before.

well maybe its because they don't have enough verizon iphones to put online or even enough to sell, you forget verizon only has had an iphone for a little over a year and the typical Verizon contract is 2 years so i doubt people are trading in their phones while they still have contracts, and if they get rid of their phones they probably can get alot better value then what gamestop is giving them
