Video games trade-in in ebay?

first time i've seen this. kinda weird and somewhat sketch since it's not so much a traditional trade-in. you have to pay full price first, then send your game in for the amount they quote you.

it's a sale with a clever trade-in plug. the trade-in part wouldn't be covered by ebay or paypal because it's not part of the auction.
 
Anyone else have trouble looking at eBay links on CAG? I checked the FAQ and deleted the entries from my hosts file: cj.com, qksrv.net, ccdt, etc but they still don't work.

Anyone know of a solution?
