I can't read Japanese, so I'm not entirely sure what this is... It seems like the PSV-TV is getting a 1TB HDD to act as a DVR in Japan. I think it can also be used to store Vita, PSP and PSOne games.

From what google translate says...

DVR of some kind that can also stream to other devices (most likely movies and tv shows) in the household using the RECOPLA app and something about a pizza contest.

Would be really convenient to store games on it since you don't have to buy multiple vita memory cards, but if I am reading this right....they want $330 for a 1TB network streaming device. That price is to steep, wonder if anyone is gonna get it.

I think the price includes the PSV TV, 8GB PSV Memory Card, a DS3 and the 1 TB HDD. Still, pretty steep.

It would be awesome if you could use an external hard drive with this.  I don't have a Vita yet, so this looks interesting.  Hope it comes to North America someday.  I can live without the DVR option though.
