Viva Piñata question

Trouble in Paradise is better. It contains all of the content from the first game plus more. It's not a true sequel but more of an "expanded" version of the original game, but has enough new stuff to be worth buying.

I'd personally say the first game was better (50/50 acheivements for me).

TiP introduced 2 new biomes, without really expanding the size of the garden.  So not only do you have to budget space for water, grass and dirt, but now you have to have snow and desert as well.  With the way Viva Pinata works, with pinatas needing to eat certain pinatas, have other pinatas in your garden to mate, certain fruits vegetables or trees, etc.  It all just got wayyyyy too convoluted to be much fun.  It was like you couldn't smoothly progr3ess to bigger and better pinatas.  I really really really enjoy the first VP, and it is one of the most overlooked games of the generation, but the second was a bit of a downer.
