I'm not sure if this still works or will cover your needs, but if you already have valid keys you should be able to download DII & LoD from Blizzard directly.

I did the key purchase method a few years ago and it worked flawlessly, despite the fact that it took a few hours to do the entire download/install and I only played the game for about 3 minutes...
