I have a copy of Maniac Mansion for the NES that is complete and in near mint condition. The only non-mint aspect about it is a half inch tear on the bottom of the cardboard box. Everything is is like new. Here's a picture of the actual item...
Aside from some of the GBA cartridges, these other items are complete with original cases and manual and range from NEAR Mint to MINT:
