You'll be able to return it for a cash refund if the following three things are true:

1) You purchased it at a Wal Mart store with cash or credit card, and have a reciept dated within 90 days to verify that.
2) You have all of the packaging.
3) The item is in good cosmetic condition.

You will be able to return the memory card without a receipt (or if it was bought a long ass time ago and you "lost the receipt") for store credit if you have the packaging.
