Changing this to a FAQs for those that need some help getting these deals.

When I order online it shows X price for in store, but changes to Y price at checkout, what gives?
You can only do in store pickup for the clearance price if the item is available for pick up that day. If it isn't the price will be the online price instead. Sometimes the item will be shipped to that store if it is no longer at that store. It may adjust to the clearance price at pickup but it could also charge you full price for it.

Can I buy the item at one store and return / rebuy at another?
Yes but it is up to the stores discretion to allow you to get it for that stores in store price. If it is an online order, they are supposed to return it to the warehouse it came from so you will not be able to buy it back. It's YMMV on employees following this rule though.

Can I price match a Walmart clearance item at X store?
No. No store, including Walmart, PMs clearance prices. YMMV on getting PMs for these items but it is against every stores policy to do so.

I want to price match this clearance item at another Walmart, will they allow me to?
No WM (or any retailer) PMs the prices of other local stores.

BS said X of an item is in stock, but the employee said it isn't at my store, why did they lie to me?
They didn't. Sometimes items are misplaced, stolen, or the count is off. Employees are not all over the massive stock room nor do they know where every item is. Don't harass an employee or come on here saying they are keeping it for themselves. Sometimes, an item truly isn't in the store.

Why is BS always wrong?
BS is not wrong. Their information is directly from WM systems. Just like all stores, inventory and prices may be wrong for a certain store. Do not rely only on BS.

How do I find clearance items?
Go to the store and scan items, check SD, check this thread. Actually look for something you want.

Where in the store are clearance games located?

Clearance items in general can be on shelves, in dedicated clearance sections or in the stock room. For games specifically, they will be in the videogame glass cases, videogame value game isle or dedicated clearance section. It's random and depends on that stores layout / management.

What is the SKU or item number of this item?
Look it up yourself. There is a search function on this site, on BS site and you can Google the item almost 100% of the time. No one needs to spoon feed you this information and we shouldn't have 20 people asking for the same information that was already posted.

Acronyms to know.
WM = Walmart
PM = Price Match
TRU = Toysrus
BS = Brickseek

Definitely keep an eye out as certain stores in my area that hadnt done clearances since last November did more.  I had quite a few games drop to $10 at my store, but the bigger surprise was what I saw at a store 35mi away from me.   After checking brickseek and seeing over 15 games at $5 I decided to make the trek and boy was it worth it:

Sorry I dont have links for the individual games.  The majority of the games were only on sale at this store so idk how useful they'd be as this seems to be super YMMV

Found some more $.03 laying around at a couple stores

I still find some .03 games now and then. Could be a goldmine in one store near me that has a massive stack of games in a big bin. You’d need to bring a cart over to stack and restack to even look through it. Last time I was there I didn’t have time for that.

ohhh that one, yeah I have price alerts set for it, cheapest here is still $315, I hope plus1zero grabbed them all at $100 a pop

My wife wants one of these self vacuums. Is this brand as good as the Roomba? Any have any experience with one of these? Its a long drive to a Walmart that has one for $69 around me.
I own a slightly older version of this Eufy robovac, and I love it. It's been one of Wirecutter's top picks for a few years now, because they say it performs incredibly well for the price, not QUITE as good as a top-of-the-line Roomba, but close enough for the price.

I'd say it wouldn't replace a quality upright vac, but is the perfect supplement to one. I have it set to run every day on the first floor of my house, which is hardwood and some area rugs. Sometimes it gets stuck under the couch and needs a little help. But in general, my floors are cleaner without me doing any extra work, which is the whole point, right?

Thank you, dave auto. I might be making that trip to get this. Like you said, I can use this to make the "real" vacuuming with my Shark less often and not worry about it for awhile.

I read good things about Rudy, but couldn't find one. We have an old roomba and it was nice that it got up a lot and manual vacuuming could be done less often or it would take less time. Its surprising how much robotic vacuums get especially pet hair. Hope you can get one.

Hey, what are your smaller monitors and where'd you get your desk? Thanks!
The smaller ones are Dell S2340M's, they are kinda old tbh but they're 1920x1080 60HZ IPS panels. I'm not sure that Dell still directly sells them, I got one of them awhile back as a direct refurb, the second I sourced cheap off eBay. They do not have VESA mounts built in, I used these adapters:

The desk I got from Amazon, it is 66" wide and it is EXTREMELY sturdy, 10/10, I can't make it wobble if I try. It's actually the exact desk I used to use at work and I purchased it because I was so happy with it there. I was able to assemble it by myself without assistance:

For the monitor mounts I used these cheap single monitor clamps and just put one on each back corner, they do not give you much in the way of moving your monitors around once you have them in place, but for just putting them up and leaving them I'm more than happy:

I'm probably going to replace my right monitor, I'm not sure if it was damaged in transit or what but it has some kinda weird pattern on the right half with some horizontal interference look, I use that monitor mostly as a Tweeten screen so I don't really notice it in general use.

I stumbled upon a Craigslist posting of an office doing some renovations and upgrades a few years ago and got one of those big L shaped executive desks for 150 bucks, so that's what all of my stuff sits on but I need to tidy it up a bit, especially the cables.

yeah right now I'm kinda hoping to come across an office clearance on a herman miller chair

Does anyone know when Walmarts online deals go live. They are gonna have Wonder Woman 4K for $9 so waiting for that to happen so I can PM with BB.
If I’m not mistaken, Best Buy’s corporate policy is no pricematching under the day after cyber Monday. It’s so strict that won’t even do it on non Black Friday prices.

That doesn’t fly. That site is just quoting the normal PM policy.

This is the corporate word for Best Buy:

“Price Match Guarantee Not Valid 11/22–11/26
The Best Buy Price Match Guarantee does not cover items for sale from Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving. This includes recent purchases made at Best Buy and if lower prices are found at a competitor.”
