I've seen it on clearance at Target, as well. Not ALL Targets, but you might want to check it out. It's still a bit high, but it should lower soon.

I believe, according to STEAM's EULA, that buying the game from another person used is illegal.

According to Steam's EULA, wanting to get more fps outta your system is illegal to. They are so uptight about everything.
