WANT: Dead Rising GUIDE (Bradygames)

Dead Rising strategy guide from Brady is out-of-print. I've checked both Barnes & Noble and Borders. They will special order for you for around $32-40.

Luckily, I spotted a copy today at Game Crazy, San Jose, CA. [Blossom Hill x Almaden] They're selling it for cover price, front cover and back cover a bit creased; otherwise interior is fine. Top of the magazine rack if you want it.
 
I have one it's in near perfect condition never been used. I bought it after I beat the game a few years back but never did go back to do all the extra achievements and stuff like I planned when I got it.

It's got slight shelf wear on the corners and one slight tiny tear on the front bottom cover.

I have one in mint condition. I was planning on getting the game eventually, but after reading some of the reviews, I no longer want it.
Looking for slightly less than Ebay prices, but not looking to throw it away either.
