Hey, I've got a few things on your list that you might be interested in.
Assassin's Creed III (Wii U)
Nintendo Land (Wii U)
Arkham City Armored Edition (Wii U)
Halo 4 (360)
Lord of the Rings EE Box Bluray Set
Got my son a Wii U w/ some games and my father-in-law had the same idea. Got two systems now, but don't really need these games as I either have duplicates or own them on PS3 and don't really want them for the Wii U. Halo 4 I picked up from GameStop during the B1G1 glitch. The Lord of the Rings set is still packaged. Not a fan of the series, but picked it up in hopes of reselling.
Anyway, if interested, I'd unload them all for $175 total shipped. Let me know if interested at all.
