I am looking to join in on the purchase of a Steam 2-pack preorder for Portal 2 to save ~10.00: http://store.steampowered.com/app/620/ In doing this, the purchase price is lowered to $39.99 per person. Since I live in WA state, if I purchase the 2-pack, I pay an additional 9.9% sales tax, so I'd prefer to use Paypal to gift $39.99 to a willing out-of-state participant.
